I guide people into movements and shapes where they can embody their experiences within postures and transitions alike

    a chance to really feel shapes in your body - explore all sensation and develop a sense of self-introspection in the 3-5 minutes of each shape. usually accompanied with pranayama/breath work

    a chance to explore dynamic postures and creative transitions accompanied with moments of attention to breath

    mondays 6pm and thursdays 9:30am (virtual option) at The Breathing Room Yoga and Movement Studio in South Portland

how you work

perhaps in-person classes are not for you for MANY reasons. I offer virtual options for each class OR I am happy to develop something with you in a 1x1 setting.
